Warranty Regulations


Ⅰ. Warranty Time

According to the prescription, the period for protecting to fix our company’s All-in-one Machine is one year. (From the day when you receive the goods) During this period, any belongs to under normal usage circumstance cause because of the product quality's problem of breakdown, our company will be responsible for giving free maintain.


Ⅱ. Non Warranty Conditions

1  Product damage caused by violating the instructions;

2  Hardware damage due to improper assembly;

3  Caused by unauthorized modification or repair;

4  Product damage caused by usage beyond the allowable working environment;

5  Caused by abnormal external force;

6  Product damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events;

7  Unable to provide a valid proof of purchase.


Ⅲ.Non Warranty Service

1 If the goods exceed the warranty time,or for other reasons can not be established as the scope of warranty service, the users can choose to provide equivalent  the warranty service, but users need to pay related costs.

2  Fees include transport costs, material costs, labor costs and travel expenses.

3  The cost of the collection by the parties agreed upon or by local standards of the implementation of the agreement.


Please properly pack the products that need to be repaired,our company shall not be liable forany damage or loss during transportation.
